Dumery of Shiphaven aka Dumery of the Dragon is the main character in The Blood of a Dragon, a would be magician's apprentice who seems to be unsuitable for any type of magic. He decides that he wants to then be a merchant in dragon's blood, and sets out to start a career as a dragon hunter, which turns out not at all as he expected.
The planned novel Dumery of the Dragon will continue the story of Dumery's plans with Aldagon to corner the market on dragon's blood.
